Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Taleori website and service. They cover access to the platform, your account and generation. The purchase of a specific plan is governed by the Terms of Sale. By paying, you accept both documents as published on these pages at the time of payment.
1. Who we are
Taleori is operated by Arsenii Bandurin, an individual entrepreneur (IE) registered in Georgia, identification number 104613580, address Georgia, Batumi, Haidar Abashidze 60 (“we”, “Seller”, “Taleori”). The trade name (DBA) shown on the site and on card statements is Taleori.

2. The service
Taleori generates a personalised children’s story from a parent or guardian questionnaire. Depending on the plan, this may include text, illustrations, a PDF, narration and a short video assembled from the book frames. Digital files are delivered to your account and email. A printed book, if you choose that plan, is shipped to the address you give at checkout.
The service includes the website, the account area, guest links to a finished story, status emails and payment pages. A free preview (cover, a few pages, a voice clip) does not oblige us to deliver the full book until the order is paid.
3. Contracting party and age
Only a legally capable individual aged 18 or over, acting as a parent or legal guardian, may enter into a contract and use the account. The child is a character in the story, not a party to the contract and not an account holder.
The story hero is aged 2–12. We do not contract with a minor or take payment “on behalf of the child”. If an order was placed by a child, we may stop generation and, if the file has not been delivered, refund under the refund policy.
4. Account and access
You are responsible for your password, the “another device” link and guest links you create. Notify us of unauthorised use. We may restrict access if we suspect account takeover or fraud.
You may not share the account for bulk generation, resale of access or to bypass payment. A guest link is for family, not for publishing the child’s original photo.
5. Acceptable use
You may not request pornography, sexualisation of children, graphic violence, bullying or hate content, or submit another child’s identity without lawful authority. We may refuse generation, stop an order or remove output that breaches these rules. Payment may be non-refundable if generation cost has already been incurred because of the breach.
Do not paste third-party commercial characters, trade marks or plots you have no right to use in order to obtain an “official” book with them. If a rights holder complains, we may delete the file.
The service is a children’s story. It is not diagnosis, therapy or a licensed educational product.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, software, visual system, questionnaire prompts and the Taleori name belong to the Seller. You do not receive rights in the engine, art styles or templates.
The personalised story is licensed to you on the non-exclusive terms in the Terms of Sale: reading, viewing and printing for the family. Reselling the file, listing it on marketplaces, or passing someone else’s story off as your commercial work is forbidden.
We may use de-identified snippets (no child’s name or photo) to debug generation quality internally. Public demos on the site are separate samples, not your orders.
7. Generative AI
Text and images are produced automatically. Artefacts, repetition, odd details and plot inconsistencies may occur. We try to keep the character recognisable; we do not promise a perfect portrait likeness.
The service does not replace a teacher, doctor or lawyer and is not an educational licence. Material defects (blank pages, the wrong name) are covered by the refund policy and, within quota, frame redraws.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order, except where Georgian law requires otherwise. We are not liable for your internet, mailbox, issuing bank or FX mark-ups charged by that bank.
We do not store the card number or CVV. Payment is processed by TBC Bank or lava.top — see Payments and Transaction Security.
We do not warrant 24/7 uptime. If generation fails, we repair the queue and, if the file is not delivered on time due to our failure, the refund rules apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are first negotiated; failing that, they are submitted to the competent courts of Georgia. Send a claim to hello@taleori.com with the order number and the substance of the request.
We are not an “EU GDPR controller”: the seller is a Georgian IE and there is no EU representative. Transparency about data is in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
A new version is published on this page. An order already paid is governed by the version in force at the time of payment. Continued use of the site after a new version is published means you accept it for new acts (new orders, new sign-in).
If these Terms conflict with the Terms of Sale on price, delivery of the file or refunds, the Terms of Sale prevail for a paid order.
