A short note on the legal frame Taleori operates in. It does not replace the Terms of Sale or Terms of Service.

1. Seller status

We act as an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. The Seller pays tax on revenue in Georgia. We do not publish the small-business rate in this text. Customers follow their own currency, tax and customs rules, including limits on paying abroad.

2. Digital goods and print

The core catalogue is digital: PDF, audio, video. The printed book is sold as a physical add-on to the digital pack: generation first, print and shipping afterwards, to the checkout address. This is not a stationery shop or a pharmacy.

3. Card networks and restricted jurisdictions

As a TBC card-network merchant we follow Visa and Mastercard rules applicable to internet acquiring, including restricted-jurisdiction and restricted-activity rules. We do not sell into jurisdictions the networks forbid to the merchant. lava.top serves a separate rail for buyers in Russia and is not mixed into a TBC invoice.

You may not use the service to evade sanctions or to pay with a stolen card.

4. Children’s content

The service is for children aged 2–12 as story characters. The contracting party is an adult only. Adult content, pornography and sexualisation of children are forbidden. We may refuse generation.

The child’s original photo is not published. Consent to process the child’s data is requested from the parent.

5. Governing law

Storefront documents are governed by Georgian law. Disputes go to negotiation, then Georgian courts unless the parties agree otherwise. We do not claim that EU law or Russian 54-FZ automatically applies to every sale.

lava.top does not issue a 54-FZ receipt — stated in the Payment Policy.

6. Honest description

The product on pricing, in the offer and at checkout must match: SKU contents, price, what is not included (frames, toys). The video is a short slideshow from book frames, not a feature film. We do not promise a perfect portrait likeness.

7. Advertising and public samples

We do not advertise “any likeness” and we do not show extra passport details of the seller beyond this storefront. Public demos are separate books, not customer orders. We do not publish a child’s full name in SEO samples.
